A collaboration of the Geographical Society of Philadelphia and New Liberty Distillery, a SIP&TALK evening, learn the science behind the whiskey presented by the master distiller Rob Cassell and mixologist David Birkowski. Whiskey enthusiasts will learn the differences in taste and between different bottles, how the whiskey is distilled as they get to taste Kinsey American 10, Rye, and Bourbon, New Liberty Bloody Butcher.

We also are creating our own whiskey that will draw on local ingredients and display the skills of our master distiller, Robert Cassell. While we will distill many other great craft whiskeys, such as malt and bourbon, our passion will always be in making Pennsylvania rye whiskey once again world famous."
