Travels to Caucasus, Darjeeling and Sikkim, and Bali!

The Splendors of Bali: 
The island's beaches, the cultural vibrancy and spiritual strength, the processions of temple festivals, 200,000 temples, the dances, ceremonies and masques.   A photographer's dream captured by Tom Tauber.

The Mountains of  Darjeeling and Sikkim:
Darjeeling, home to the famous "Toy Train,"  sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga in the Himalayas,Tibetan-style monasteries, environs of Gangtok and Kalimpong.
Anne Stokes Hochberg will take you on her majestic journey.

Treasures off the South Caucasus:
More exotic than imagined, the medieval city of Baku, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, the Georgian table with polyphonic singing, view of majestic Mount Ararat, Armenia's Khor Virap monastery.  Kathy Kaplan takes you to the Caucasus.

Marco Polo:  We are a networking group of active travelers who meet approximately four times a year in the Philadelphia area to share information and photographs about our trips. Our purpose is to help each other find new places to travel to, and to pass on our experiences so our fellow travelers can benefit from them. Simple fare or dinner will be offered.
